    Polish Susage

    Okay get all the jokes out of your system now..



    okay so some of you may know im polish and my parents are really into food from the motherland so i have an abundence of polish susage in my house.. i just dont know the diatery value of it.. it does have a lot of fat but i can foreman some of it of.. any ideas on the values..? cause if i can eat this **** i would really save me a lot of $$.. and please no polish jokes i have heard them all..
