Oh my god,
I always include a cheat day through out my diet but this time I over did it. I went to Mexico these last three days and really fuched up my diet. I must have ate around 50 fish taco's, 20 carne asada and french fry burrito's, goodies from the panderia (custard filled gems :( ) and mass amounts of tequilla and Jack. I'm back on schedule today, but I feel like I have a lot of making up to do. Have any of you guys gone on the Mexican binge before?

It's pizza all day for me on a cheat meal...
