Critique My diet!
Just started on this cutting diet:
7:30am Wake up Take Glutamine
8:00am Workout 45-60 Minutes of Cardio 65-75% HR
9:30am M1 1 Chicken Breast & 2 Tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter Pro/Fat
11:30am M2 Protein Shake and Almonds, PB or Flax Pro/Fat
1:30pm M3 1 Chicken Breast & EFA & Veggies
3:00pm Workout Lifting Depending on Weekly Split Routine
PWO M4 Post Workout Protein Shake with Dextrose 2:1 Carb/Pro
7:30pm M5 1 Chicken Breast & 1/2 Cup Brown Rice Pro/Carb/Fat
9:30pm M6 Protein Shake with Flax Seed Oil Pro/Fat
*Chicken Can be Subsitutted With Lean Steak, Tuna or Fish.
Supplements Used:
Multi Vitamin
Protein Shakes
Glutamine
Fat Burner
Currently: 6'3", 220lbs, 19 Years old and about 15% BF.. looking to get as close to 9% as possible over the next 8-10 weeks.

On off days.. Its very similar. Still do AM cardio, but clearly no PWO shake w/ dextrose to spike the insulin levels. Meal five would have a starchy carb.

Thanks man, these boards are a great source for researching diets and actually being able to see people with the results at the end of the diet. Hope this works out!

Everyone here says you've got a pretty good diet dude, and I agree with them.
The thing to do now is to give it a shot for 6-8 weeks and see how it goes. You may need to make some small adjustments but that's how it goes.

good job bro. You caught on alot quicker then others. Its usually takes someone status at Junior Member you get to where you are now. I would just add that you should be taking a good multivitimin with that diet, other then that your good to go. Goodluck with the diet.
