critique this diet
Well to start off i am 5'7" and weight about 200 pounds. I am at about 15-18% bodyfat. I came off a dbol and test bulker a couple of months ago and have added some fat. Now i am looking to cut but without steroids this time. I plan on doing an 8 week cutter with clen /eca alternating 2 weeks on clen and 2 weeks on eca. i plan on doing 45 minutes of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach 4 times a week and lifting 4 times a week. Also following a strict diet. This what i have come up with so far:
~CARDIO~
Meal 1:
3 Eggs
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 slice of American Cheese
Meal 2:
2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup Brown Rice
~WORKOUT~
Meal 3:
PWO Shake with Maltodextrin powder
Meal 4:
2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup Broccoli
Meal 5:
Slow-Release Protien Shake with Flax Seed Oil

I agree with the good suggestions dalcowbag said. Your doing cardio and lifting 4 days out of the week. That leaves 3 days out of the week where your diet is different. You should post that diet as well.

good critique guys. But he should also remember to have his macros written down. This way it will be easy to tweak when necessary.

ok, here goes the revised diet. Also on non-lifting/cardio days, i will have the same diet except no carbs with meal #3.
~CARDIO~
Meal 1:
8-10 Egg Whites
1 tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
Meal 2:
2 Chicken Breasts
1 cup Broccoli
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
~WORKOUT~
Meal 3:
Protein Shake with Maltodextrin powder(except for non-workout days)
Meal 4:
2 Chicken Breasts
1 cup Brown Rice
Meal 5:
