help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hey guys im kinda new to dieting- i used to never care about my diet and now i somewhat care cause im not gainign **** on this cycle. sustanon is acutally cutting me more than bulking me up. im looking to gain about 10 more lbs before my cycles done in 5 weeks
im looking for a very high calorie - low fat - high protein shake - i can make from stuff at home that wont make me sick?
or any other ideas.

What does the rest of your diet look like?? One magical shake w/ juice isnt goin to make you gain those 10lbs if your diet isnt in check.
If you post your diet, youll get alot of helpful tips on here which may even lead to you gaining more quality weight than u expected.

Why did you start your cycle before having the most important aspect planned out?
That's what I don't understand. I mean, gear does NOTHING as you can see, w/out proper diet. So, why anyone would start before having #1 in order leaves me totally baffled beyond belief.
It's like purchasing 10 gallons of gas, but you have no car.

heres my diet
10am - 12pm 5 egg whites, 2 yogurts, oatmeal
1pm heeping largebowl of carbs
workout @ 2
4 pm - chicken breast and vegtables, can o tuna, protein shake
7pm - steak, turkey, basically any natural meat product
10pm - more meat and vegtables and another protein shake
lots of milk throughout the day and a galloon of water
Someone help me please - im looking for a nice recipe for a high calorie shake

High calorie shake:
12 egg yolks (NO WHITES!!)
1 cup heavy cream
2 tblsp molasses
2 scoops Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey
2 sticks butter
2 scoops Nitro-Tech

With your "heeping large bowl of carbs" you should being taking some protein as well, could be a shake or just a nice 10 oz piece of chicken breast. Also I would up the carbs after you work out (your 7pm meal), full cup of brown rice for example.

IMO, you should have that heeping large bowl of carbs as meal one, so by the time you workout at 2pm, your body will be ready to utilize it. add protien to it as well.
