    Removing Sodium From Chicken

When you boil chicken that comes in a bag, does it remove some of the sodium? I noticed my chicken breats have like 440mg of sodium each, or something like that, does boiling them remove some of it?

i wouldnt even worry about the sodium. It has no real issues with your composition if you are drinking pleanty of water. Not unless you have heart or BP issues to address.

I salt the **** out of everything I eat... F-it... water is good!
