How do you end a cutting diet and prepare the body for a bulk? How slowely do you increase kcal.
Lets say in my case. Im at 1800kcal right now and its time for me to increase kcal. Current weight is 186ibs, bf 10%, height 5¨11. I also have pretty slow metabolism. Should I increase kcal weakly with around 300kcal? until Im around 3000. or is that increase rate to drastic?
