    How do you end a cutter?

    How do you end a cutting diet and prepare the body for a bulk? How slowely do you increase kcal.

    Lets say in my case. Im at 1800kcal right now and its time for me to increase kcal. Current weight is 186ibs, bf 10%, height 5¨11. I also have pretty slow metabolism. Should I increase kcal weakly with around 300kcal? until Im around 3000. or is that increase rate to drastic?

    you got a good plan of attack with the slowly increasing by 300kcal


    also in your pics you got some skin hangin?? you use to be fat ass like me????

    No kidding I was fat as a pig before. God **** it , last spring I dropped over 40 pounds and this spring around 38 pounds,
    I have loads of lose skin, even on my arms I just hope i wont have to get under the knife to get rid of it on my lower stomach, but that bad it can be. Atleast Im praying that it isnt that bad. The lose skin is the only reason I dont se the upper 4 abs

    When it comes to cardio, do you gradualy decrease the ammount of cardio to or do you just drasticly drop it down to 2-3 times a week(or whatever ammount of cardio you do when bulking)??

    i go from 7 days right down to 3. . .you do it gradually if you want but it doesnt really matter

    You're like me, I lost over 100 pounds in about 10 months.. skin tigthened up though after being on a strict cutting diet.
