Weights going up...does this mean growth???
I wasnt sure where to post this. But since im post whore in this forum ill put it here..lol...Anyways i just started bulking after cutting for a little under 2 months and i notice my strength is increasing with every workout. Like say i squat 250 for 8 reps one week the next week id be doing 255 for 9 reps. Does this garauntee growth? Ive heard alot of opinions on this topic but i wanna know what you bros think.

Or you could just be having a "good" day. I know I have those sometimes, just as I have crappy days. The key is to not get obsessed over either one event, but keep track of the workouts and if the same holds true over time over each workout. That is a more accurate indicator.

ya i always keep a log. I actually have a little note book that i record the first set of every exercise i do. I record the weights used how many reps and how good the form was. Ive noticed steady improvements since i started adding kcals slowly.

For my body, it seems like I will gain strength like crazy but not grow for a while. Then I will notice size increase but my strength gains slow down considerably. Weird.
