Thread: What i ate today.

What i ate today.
Cardio
Meal 1: one cup of oatmeal in water. 5.5 egg whites.
Meal 2: Chicken spread on wheat. 1 can of tuna
Meal 3: 1 Bannana
Meal 4: Nitrotech protein shake 45 grams, 1 can of tuna, 5.5 egg whites
Meal 5: half of a meatball sub.
Meal 6: Protein bar 25grams of p.
How does this look? I know the meatball sub is pushing it but it wouldnt be an everyday thing. My goal is to cut bodyfat.Last edited by Demon Deacon; 06-17-2004 at 08:59 PM.

i feel like a broken record but try to read the sticky above if you havent already. There are some flaws in your diet.

Horrid actually.
What is chicken spread? Bread is crap.......a bananna is NOT a meal......nitrotech is crap.........meatball subs, are u KIDDING ME, and bars suck.

Don't get your feelings hurt bro, just research and post again. Swole gives tough love but he is the best source of nutritional advice there is. Read the stickies etc and do some more reading then re-post

well i was pretty proud of eating that healthy other than the sub. But i will try to do better tomarrow. Off to read the stickies.

Bars are crap. Protein shakes are better than bars and real food like chicken breast is better than protein shakes.

Its hard for me to get real food at work. The simplicity of what i ate today made it easy to eat that much. But i will try to do what i can.

Try premaking rice and chicken or something in a tupperware thing and bring like 3 or 4 tubs of it to work.

They have supposedly fixed the sweetener problem w/the strawberry, as many batches were bitter as sh*t. I still have a container full that is bitter, I can't use it.
Orange is straight bomb though, really.

What kind of lean protein do you guys have for breakfast. And Bad Man with the fat part do you mean EFA's and what would you suggest? Maybe some whole eggs for some of the fat they provide?

for breakfast i go with about 8 eggwhites and a tbsp of flax or olive oil. . and yes badman does mean EFA's. . if your gonna use whole eggs use like 5 whites and 2-3 whole

All of these suggestions are good. If I'm in a rush I'll mix a protien shake for the road and swallow a tablespoon of flax before I leave.

Too many shakes is a no no.... but usually for breakfast I like to use & recommend using a liquid and solid form of protein.
