Quick Bulking question
im 6'1" 212lbs. and just starting back on my bulking diet for the year. This time i would like to add more lean ground beef to the diet, but dont know if i should eat carbs on meals that i eat the beef because of the fat thats in the beef. Also how much fat should i take in per day while bulking? Last year i kept fats around 65 to70 grams per day but had carbs around 450 to 500 per day. Was thinking about lowering carbs a little this year to try and keep fat gain low. Any input would help. :unsure:

How lean is the g.b. you use?
I use 4% fat, the expensive stuff, but I'm worth it. I figure I bust my wazzoo in everything that I do, why purchase crap meat?
To be safe, I just utilize lean ground beef with fibrous green veggies in those meals. I leave the carbs for lean white fish, chicken, egg whites, etc.
