bulk
i started training in a season where i would like to be cutting. i am starting to eat 8 oz chicken, rice 3 times a day egg whites hard boiled 7 and a meat at night. is this good for bulk.

bro you need to do alot of research. It looks like your diet is all over the place. Read the two stickies atop the forum to get an idea of what i mean. I understand your foods sound clean but as bad as it sounds its not enough. You need a game plan. Goodluck.

the best diet info you will get here are the stickys on the top, they are perfect for almost every person, tweak them a little and they will be great
