    Angry on test/deca/dbol need help with diet(my head is going in circles)

    hey bros im 3 weeks into my cycle of test cyp at 500mg a wk, deca 500mg wk, and dbol at 30mg a day cna anyone help me with a good diet right now im eating 5000 calories im 6'6 weight 265 and trying to add sum lean mass but i think diet is my concern im willing to pay for a planned diet sum one help me thanks bros....ive been reading counless info on the web, arnolds books etc.

    Words of advice for next time bro:

    Have your diet planned out first before you start a cycle.
    A cycle w/out proper dietary direction is a waste of time, gear, cash.
    Why purchase gas before you have a car?

    20-50 bucks depending on what you can add bros.....and you were right swole cat i messed up but i can gain back up starting next week i will try my best to add new things in the upcoming weekend to help me

    Sorry, a custom diet plan is worth more than that. I suggest you read the stickies that are at the top of the Diet Forum. Use them to readjust your diet and post it back here. I'll help you tweak it for free.
