need some info for bulking

i am 7 weeks into my cycle and want to bulk monsterously. i have been lifting for 3 months and i am new at all of this. so far my gains have been outstanding for just starting. hoping for some good dieting suggestions.thanx

first of all you have to think this through. you got to focus on your diet by eating clean foods high in protein. research this site and read the stickies for bulking diets. good luck bro.

You've been lifting for 3 months.

Does this translate into you only training natural (so as to build a solidified foundation to house muscle mass) for 5 weeks?

If so, you're going to hate life down the road in regards to your physique and keeping gains, no matter what dietary approach you employ.

Really bro, I'd reccomend lifting without any form of steroids for at least 6 month. This will give you something to work with, then I would do 2 - 3 courses of oral first to use as a foundation then you will be ready to move on to the intramusclular injections. Only by doing this will you have more chance of keeping the gains you recieve. Trust me I know from my own personal experience. But beware of becoming a bad tempered ****er on youir second courses of oral.
