Critique my diet!
Cutting cycle which I will start in about 2 weeks. Not too familiar with diets so all help is appreciated.
9:00 Wake up
9:30 Workout 45 mins Cardio 65-70% Max HR
10:15: M1 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter & Egg whites & scoop of whey & Multi-Vit.
12:30 M2 1 Chicken Breast & Veggies & 2 tbsp peanut butter & Take the clen
1:30 M3 Protein shake & Nuts
2:00 Workout 60 min lifting
3:00 PWO M4 Protein Shake & Dextrose
5:30pm M5 1 Chicken Breast & 1/2 Cup Brown Rice
8:00pm M6 Protein Shake & 2 tbsp flax
*Lean Steak or Fish can substitute the Chicken breast.
Stats: 5'11, 190 lb, 18 years old. Not sure what my bf is. Most likely around 12-15%. Want to drop as much as possible in 6 weeks. Thanks guys.

You have a lot of flaws in your diet, dude. Check out the cutting sticky at the top of the diet forum. Lots of good info there.

Yeah i saw it, but had to change it around a little bit due to my schedule

only thing i would change is to take your multi with you first meal not b4 cardio

Good point. Vitmains on an empty stomach make me puke.
