i just had about 6 of these things, they're awesome. anybody else eat these? do they really affect your diet at all? i just had a monstrous cheat meal the whole day that left me feeling not hungry for 6 hours at least, so i don't know how bad these cookies are. thanks.
They'll affect you like anything else if too much is too much. They are used for a low carb diet approach, but if you had a cheat meal the "whole day", I am guessing that was inclusive of carbs. So, you had carbs anyhow, and used an item that is probably high in fat, so they didn't benefit you in this situation, no. Not the intended way of the product anyhow.
Probably no biggie though, nor any worse than more cheat food.
