Diet Soda???????

Do you guys think diet soda is ok to have or do you stay away from it? I need the caffeine, just wondering if it F**KS up my diet?

i completely stay away from caffine as much as i can. i dont drink soda ever, i feel like it bloats me and i cant fit as much food in and i dont eat chocolate. i always wondered if you have chocolate flavored protein if there is chocolate because i know there is a lot of caffine in choc. sorry if that was confusing

Thats my drink SV, diet coke. Also diet MUG rootbeer, no caffeine but the s**t is great. I only have about two diet cokes a day, I hope it does not mess up my diet.

I'm pretty sure that a couple diet sodas ED wont have much impact one way or the other. You're good to go IMO.

Diet cola is fine, even the odd regular cola is fine, I usually drink a coke to up the sugars in my body when theyre feeling low, it works great.

Diet Dr. Pepper and whiskey. Hell yeah! Naw dont ever drink soda usually. Dont like it. Bubbles make me feel fat. Everyonce in awhile with the whiskey. Guess that's not too good in a cutting diet huh? hehe
