    Several points:

Do your cardio first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach.

Lift later in the day (or on a different day) at least 6 or 7 hours and 2 or 3 meals after cardio.

You need more fat. You only have fat in meal #6. Fat is your friend.

Don't eat fat and carbs in the same meal. In meal 1 if you must have cheese, try to make it ZERO fat cheese.

I believe they mean EFA's found in things such as flax seed, and different kind of nuts among other things. Typically animal fat isn't the best choice.

dont eat bacon, canadian bacon is alright. instead u should consume a healthy fat such as an efa. for instance after my am cardio i cook 6 egg whites and 2 whole organic eggs with 1 tbl spoon of extra virgin olive oil

A few quick rules to live by:

    -Eat protein at every meal.
-Never eat JUST protein. Eat carbs OR fat with each meal.
-Never eat BOTH carbs and fat at the same meal.

So, to answer your question, yes you could eat bacon with the egg whites, but:
-you won't want to eat it with the toast as you'll be mixing fats and carbs
-you don't really want the toast anyway. You want to keep your carbs low on the glycemic index (brown rice, yams, oatmeal).
-bacon could be ok from time to time, but it's fat is saturated. There are better options for sure.
