sup guys, well im about 12 weeks out from a show and i wanna know if the foods im eating are alright and which ones i should start to take out, here it goes............egg whites, chicken breast, tuna, oatmeal, fat free yogurt, white rice protien shakes, and assorted nuts.......................can you all help me out and tell what foods to stick with and which ones i should take out.
p.s. should i add anything to my diet?
