Most of the guys posting a diet here , post a diet just for one day . I was wondering how much of you really eat the same everyday for lets say a 12week cycle ?
Isnt it bad to eat the same food everyday on and on ?

I don't eat the same food.... I just replace foods with other foods that have similar or identical macros. Also, it is bad to eat the same foods over and over IF your not taking a cheat day to trick your body. But if you then it is perfectly to eat similar foods 6 days outa the week

Yep, I pretty much eat the same thing six days a week. The 7th day just gets about double the carbs and a few more g's protein....unless there's beer involved of course ;) Then who knows.

Cheat day is very important, it helps reset your metabolism not to mention good for the mind.
