    feeling Slugish even when bulking????

    ive been bulking for a little over a week now and i find myself feeling tired and sluggish at times. I do work in the construction industry which may have something to do with it. Is there anything i should do about this. I currently have

    c=332 p=272 f=102g on training dayz

    p=246g c=256g f=111g on non training dayz

    CAFFEINE... coffee, tea, diet pop, red bull, caffeine pills, etc... I don't think it has to do with your diet if you haven't been changing it around too much.

    it could be sleep. I get 6.5-7 hours perday of sleep. I cant get anymore then that because i wake up at 4:30am. I do use coffee but my body is so used to it now it doesnt even hardly affect me. Maybe i should look into this Redbull drink maybe that would help. thanks bros.

    Are you taking DBOL ? I have the same problem. Ive heard liver problems cause fatigue. I am exhausted all the time latlely. And yes, it could have A LOT to do with your diet. B12 might help.

    no i havent used any AAs yet ive only been lifting for 2 years. The only thing in my diet that i think would help would be to add more Carbs.
