Protein ice cream
Ok, hate me if u will!!!
I forget what the name is ( i can check tonight) but my gym has this new 'protein ice cream'...42gms of protein in the container (but it is 4 servings, like ben and jerry's size, so actually 12 or so grams per serving), i think its like 2gms of fat, and like 30 something carbs per serving , and i think like 12 gms of sugar( i can give exact numbers tommorow)...i got it just cause i loved ice cream and wanted to try it, i know its not clean!! Honestly was NOT bad at all...i expected it to taste like frozen protein shake..the texture was more like frozen yogurt in a container, but the taste wasnt half bad.
Im not recommending ice cream, but for those ice cream lovers. its definitly a substitute in my opinion and wont hurt you 'as much' as typical ice cream....atleast u feel a LITTLE better about yourself.

On my cheat days...... I get some non fat frozen yogurt and use chocolate protein powder and mix it together. Tastes awesome.... almost like putting chocolate milk mix in with your ice cream and is like 50g of protein.
Again this is on a CHEAT DAY.

Try that nonfat/no sugar stuff, and if you eat a bunch of it, tell me how ridiculously bloated you are the next day.
That stuff is a killer.........

Ive tried the fat free frozen yogurt and pro powder. Also vanilla non fat yogurt and chocolate powder. It does taste really good. Was very surprised!
