Help getting more protien and less fat.

Right now I usually wake up, have a bowl of cereal with milk, glass of orange juice, and some toast. For dinner I usually have a nice meal that consist of a good amount of protien(pasta, steak, chicken) with a side of salad and either Rice, Spinach, Green Beans, Corn, Peas, ect. My problem is LUNCH. I never really have a good lunch like I should, and that is where the majority of my fat comes from. I also eat some smaller side meals as well. I did an average calculation the other day and here is what I am currently getting:

    TOTAL CALS=1600
    TOTAL FAT=62
    TOTAL CARB=120
    TOTAL PROTEIN=85

I know nothing about nutrition, but I was wondering if anyone knew how I can boost up my protien and lessen my fat. Any ideas for Lunch or side meals or things I can add to one of my meals already, will be greatley appriciated. Thanks

Whatever your goals may be (not sure because you didn't mention any), there are some major flaws in your approach. Check out the stickies to get yourself going in the right direction.

U have two meals now. You are aiming for 3, but you need to aim for at least 5-6.

Lots can be found w/a search here.

    Pasta isn't protein.

Fat can be your friend. Don't be afraid of it.

You're probably eating too few calories and definitely not eating enough meals.

Check out the stickies at the top of the diet forum.

    Stats? Bulking?

First of all, good sources of protein that are low in fat include chicken breast, turkey breast, tuna, most other fish, and whey protein.
