    does this diet look good????

    sup guys, well i wanna know if you all think my diet looks good cuz i have a show in about 12 weeks...here it goes

    meal 1 - protien shake 10:00

    meal 2 - chicken breast and rice 12:00

    meal 3 - tuna and fat free yogurt 2:00 preworkout

    meal 4 - protien shake 4:30 postworkout

    meal 5 - chicken breast and rice 7:00

    meal 6 - chicken breast and assorted nuts 9:00

    meal 7 - protien shake assorted nuts 11:00

    thats about it im taking in about 200 to 280 grams of protien my stats are 5'5 and im at about 175 lbs right now. i aslo wanted to know if i can add in some other foods that would help me out and when to add them in.

    CARDIO? IF SO, PRO/FAT. FIRST MEAL. OTHERWISE, GO PRO/CARB

    DEXTROSE? 2:1 RATIO CARBS:PROTEIN

    meal 5 - chicken breast and rice 7:00
    GOOD

    meal 6 - chicken breast and assorted nuts 9:00
    NOT TOO BAD.

    meal 7 - protien shake assorted nuts 11:00
    USE FLAX INSTEAD. TOO MANY CARBS IN NUTS FOR NIGHTTIME IMO.

    Get flax at any whole food store, GNC, vitamin store, many grocery stores, pharmacies, or online. Just take it by itself or mix a tablespoon in your tuna or whey shake.
