Yup definitely..... you should eat like 10 PB & J sandwhiches and then down a gallon of milk. Then chase it with 4 scoops of whey in water and a diet coke.

Thus my response as well as Swole etc...... if it all checks out I will give a more honest response. But who comes to the board and for a 1st post, posts something like this after it is the same thing posted like 400 other times. I think this was posted to get a rise outa someone... but we will see. If it is legit then I appologize for my sarcasm and for this post

The rest of the day your diet should consist of Ice Cream, Cake, Snickers Bars, McDonals, Wendy's, Burger King, Del Taco, Dairy Queen, Cookies, and whatever other sugar & junk you can get ahold of. I promise you will put on weight in no time Catabolism ---- What's That???

the only advice i can give is to dip the knife in the jelly first when making the sandwiches. this way when you go to switch to the pb you wont have to get a new knife or have any trouble gettin the pb off of the knife if you dipped in there first. now you can proceed in making all ten sandwiches this way and it will be much easier

Of course it goes without saying that the PB&J's MUST be made with white Wonderbread.
But the question is - if I toast my Wonderbread, will it change at the mollecular level? If so, will it be more or less anabolic ?

Research has shown that lightly toasting your white wonderbread will burn out all of the "bad stuff", and raise the level of protein. Something about the centripical force of the pluton accelerator, and the rotations of pluto. If you're a Piecies, and eat a loaf of toasted wonderbread every 3rd Saturday, you should be more anabolic than you have ever been before.

ROFL. Man I really need to get off the PB&J's. But it's quick and easy. Is sliced ham lunch meat and processed cheese on wheat any better? Or turkey slices with the cheese and wheat bread? I am on a serious time frame. I spend to much on the net.

Definately better than a PB&J bro. I eat a sandwich with lean turkey and fat free cheest on whole wheat almost every day. I make sure the sandwich adds up to around 30g of protein though. I wouldn't recommend sandwiches if you were cutting though.
