how is this diet??
10 wk cycle 400 test cyp ew 300 qv deca ew 5'10 205 lbs
meal 1 10 egg whites 1 bowl oatmeal multivitamin, 300 mg B-6
meal 2 protein shake or bar
meal 3 chicken breast/ 1 cup brown rice
meal 4 protein shake
meal 5 either a chicken/steak or fish w/ potatoes and veggies
meal 6 protein shake(pre workout)
meal 7 protein shake (post workout)
any suggestions would help it's my 1st cycle and always lookin to improve this is what I put together so far...thanks

UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet...
I know it says how to cut, but still base your bulking diet off of this. . .b/c right now the only meal that looks good for bulking is meal 1

Protein only meals get wasted. Make sure to re-adjust your meal combos to include protein/fat meal and protein/carb meals. Also try to have less liquid meals and more real food meals.
