I saw this quote in a copy of Muscle & Fitness a while back and it motivated me to get my diet under control. I just thought I would share it with you guys...

This is the same thing many of our bro's have been preaching for years. It's a brutal truth, your either willing to do what it takes or your not. Hope this helps somebody.
