Carb Cycling?
Hey Bros
I have a question about carb cycling. I am using clen and t3 (7/5) split. with tren, prop and EQ, for a cutter.
I was just going to switch to taking in most of my carbs in the early day, as to give my body time to burn them off.
I came across an article that suggested carb cycling, for example you take in 175gm carbs for 3days and then on the forth day take in 350gm carbs.
do you know of the advantages to this. or even if its a good idea.
do you think this would help me further in my goals?
Thanks for your time and help

I am no where near a pro but I have 2 pro carb maels (meals #2 and # 3) for a total of about 75g of carbs every day. Then my pwo and ppwo carb meals on w/o days. This automaticly cycles my carbs for me.

Hey Damiongage,
thanks for the info, can you explain that pro carb meals and the pwo and ppwo in greater detail
thats sounds a lot easier than having to switch up every 4th day
Thanks

so the days you dont eat those you would be automatically be carb cycling. I only take off 1 day a wk.
After reading some of this stuff, I definitely need a nutrition update. im using prop/fina/EQ and t3/clen and I want to get the most out of it.

I don't see a need for the clen/t3 at all. Especially the t3.......why use that if you can lean out through diet/cardio?
