whats up with tofu
Is tofu good to have on a daily basis for losing weight or just a healthy snack?

Its disgusting, however it is a good source of calcium and protein. I eat it occasionally in Japanese restaraunts on dates to look sophisticated, lol.

I've got half a tub of it in the cupboard, believe me you will not get through more than half atub without serious "sides"! NOT FUNNY!
