PWO Carbs
Since my schedule changed I now workout in the evening. I am trying to get cut. I take ~ 80 grams carbs (dextrose/gatorade) 40 grams prot. postworkout. Being that is later in the evening, should I still be taking in such carbs. Also, I have another meal consisting of carbs (~20-25 grams) 1hr after the pw shake Basically I am doing the cutting diet metioned on the sticky, except my carb intake is later in the evening. Should I change anything?
Stats: 5'11, 218lbs, bf ~ 12-14 %
I do cardio in the morning, 1 hr, 70-75% hr.

Nothing should be changed. You still want to do your PWO and PPWO because they still serve the same purpose regardless of the time of day - that purpose is the maintenance (or even growth) of your muscle mass.
You SHOULD however have another meal before bed. You don't want to have a carb meal as your last meal before bed. You should try to fit a pro/fat meal in there.

so the carbs im eating before a workout are useless? I have three pro/fat meals previous to that so I basically dont have any carbs running throu me until I have that plate full of pasta and a steak an hour before I work out.

Pasta and steak is not really a sound choice, but I guess it depends on your goals.
I'd feel bloated to hell eating that.

ok cutting out the preworkout carbs...replacing with maybe 2 serving of whey/flaxoil...or a meal with fat/pro....
I use a mixture of dextrose and gatorade....the 2 lb bag of dextrose i have will be gone in a week if I use just that.
