yeah flax use to ruin the taste if i mixed it with my nlarge. . .nething that can ruin the taste of nalarge has to got to be funky!! but oh well, just down the sh*t!!!!
I really don't find it bad at all.

GNC has Flax liquid caps in a variety of mg selections. Just pop a few and down it with some of that water from your gallon jug. I know this is the pssy way out but oh well. Needles are great, Flax is a whole nother story.
I chase my flax with 1 oz oj....the acidity kills the oily texture and the taste....I actually look forward to it now...only time I get oj :)

i cant stand the taste, and it does ruin shakes, even myoplex, so i know its not as beneficial, but i take gelcaps...i go through them like crazy, take over 20-25 a day :(
that udo's oil people rave about in place of flax. it may taste better? as far as flax, it doesn't taste that bad. seriously, you'd think you guys were drinking straight piss by the sounds of this thread.
