I keep hearing that your not suppose to mix carbs and fats in the same meal, but almost every bulking diet ive seen posted has got oats, *# of egg whites and then *# of eggs with yokes. Thats fats and carbs right? Would it be better to go with all whites and oats for first meal, and save the yokes for something else like pre-workout or before bed when all i take is pro/fat in those meals? Just wondering.
