    Eggs and eggwhites in morning

    I keep hearing that your not suppose to mix carbs and fats in the same meal, but almost every bulking diet ive seen posted has got oats, *# of egg whites and then *# of eggs with yokes. Thats fats and carbs right? Would it be better to go with all whites and oats for first meal, and save the yokes for something else like pre-workout or before bed when all i take is pro/fat in those meals? Just wondering.

    yeah thats fine if your bulking.. if your cutting u might want to hold of on the oatmeal due to it blunting liposis..

    also those extreme bulking diets you see are the ones that put on lean mass for dudes on several grams of test a week
