    critique Diet

    After a little more research I came up with this diet plan currently at 15% body fat would like to get down to 10%. Currently at 225 lbs. Let me know what you guys think any comments are welcomed!!!


    Meal 1 PRO/FAT
    8 Egg Whites
    2 TBLS of Natural Peanut butter

    Meal2 PRO/FAT
    Protien Shake
    Almonds
    1 TBSP Flax Seed Oil

    Meal 3
    1 can Tuna
    8 Asperagus

    Work out

    Meal 4 Carb/Pro 2-1
    Protien Shake
    Gatorade

    Meal 5 Pro/Carb/Fat
    6 oz Chicken Breast
    1/2 cup of Brown Rice

    Meal 6 Pro/Fat
    Protien Shake
    1TBSP Flax Seed Oil

    What else could I use for Dextrose for PWO?
    How many almonds should I have??
    What would meal 3 Be considered? Pro/fat or Pro/Carb??

    Suppliments:
    Glutamine mixed in protien
    Multi Viatamin
    Throwing in clen after about a month 2 on 2 off

    WHY NOT JUST GET SOME DEXTROSE?? NE HEALTH FOOD STORE OR 1FAST400.COM
    How many almonds should I have??
    1/4 OF A CUP IS BAOUT 14 GRAMS OF FAT
    What would meal 3 Be considered? Pro/fat or Pro/Carb??
    IT SHOULD BE PRO/FAT

    Thanks for your reply, I'll drop the Gatorade and Get Dextrose. I'll drop the Flax in meal 2 and bump it to meal 3. Sorry forgot to add I do cardio 4-5 Times a week.

    Is there anything I should change on non lifting days (besides no PWO)?

    I know I'm going to get flamed for this one. What do you mean by Macros?

    YOUR MEAL BREAK DOWN SHOULD GO LIKE THIS ON NON-LIFTING DAYS
    MEAL 1-3, 5-6 PRO/FAT
    MEALS 4 PRO/CARB BUT YOU CAN TINKER WITH THIS, YOU MIGHT THE CARBS EARLIER BUT SEE HOW YOU RESPOND

    I know I'm going to get flamed for this one. What do you mean by Macros?
    MACORS. . HOW MANYS GRAMS OF FATS CARBS AND PROTEINS IN YOUR DIET

    So every meal on non workout day is Pro/Carb or was that a missprint?

    Cal: 346 Carbs: 6 Protien: 32 Fats: 16

    Meal 2 Pro/Fat
    Protien Shake
    1/4 Cup Almonds
    Cal: 390 Carbs: 9 Protien: 56 Fats: 14

    Meal 3 Pro/Fat
    1can of Tuna
    8 Asperagus
    1 TBSP Flax
    Cal: 306 Carb: 6 Protien 36.5 Fats: 13.45

    Workout

    Meal 4 Carb/Pro 2-1
    Protien Shake
    3/4 cup of Dex
    Cal: 585 Carbs: 103 Protien: 50 Fats: 0

    Meal 5 Pro/Carb
    Chicken Breast
    1/4 cup of Brn. Rice
    Cal: 390 Carbs 32 Protien: 51 Fats: 5

    Meal 6 Pro/Fat
    Protien Shake
    Flax
    Cal: 336 Carbs: 3 Protien: 50 Fats 12.2

    Totals: Cal: 2353 Carbs:159 Protien: 275 Fat: 60.65

    in meal 3 why not use real mayo for a fat source instead of just almonds? or are you using them both? what are you mixing with your tuna?

    I was just eating the tuna plain. If I swich to mayo should i take out the almonds, or keep them both. Does the rest look good?

    almonds > mayo..

    if you dont mind dowing the tuna by it self definetly keep the almonds and drop the mayo..

    Ditto. I cant down just plain tuna in H2o so I need to add mayo for the fat content. If I am not mistaken there isnt alot of saturated fats in it, so it really doesnt matter. Almods are the better choice if you like plain tuna. I guess you could add hot sauce or tobasco sauce to your tuna for some flavor.

    yeah i used to use tabasco.. but after a while i started to drain it twice and eating it by chunks with crystal light.. now i cant eat it any other way...
