critique Diet
After a little more research I came up with this diet plan currently at 15% body fat would like to get down to 10%. Currently at 225 lbs. Let me know what you guys think any comments are welcomed!!!
Meal 1 PRO/FAT
8 Egg Whites
2 TBLS of Natural Peanut butter
Meal2 PRO/FAT
Protien Shake
Almonds
1 TBSP Flax Seed Oil
Meal 3
1 can Tuna
8 Asperagus
Work out
Meal 4 Carb/Pro 2-1
Protien Shake
Gatorade
Meal 5 Pro/Carb/Fat
6 oz Chicken Breast
1/2 cup of Brown Rice
Meal 6 Pro/Fat
Protien Shake
1TBSP Flax Seed Oil
What else could I use for Dextrose for PWO?
How many almonds should I have??
What would meal 3 Be considered? Pro/fat or Pro/Carb??
Suppliments:
Glutamine mixed in protien
Multi Viatamin

Thanks for your reply, I'll drop the Gatorade and Get Dextrose. I'll drop the Flax in meal 2 and bump it to meal 3. Sorry forgot to add I do cardio 4-5 Times a week.
Is there anything I should change on non lifting days (besides no PWO)?
I know I'm going to get flamed for this one. What do you mean by Macros?

in meal 3 why not use real mayo for a fat source instead of just almonds? or are you using them both? what are you mixing with your tuna?

yeah i used to use tabasco.. but after a while i started to drain it twice and eating it by chunks with crystal light.. now i cant eat it any other way...
