I never called you fat. I said if you felt fat, you probably were. Meaning you probably attempted to bulk and "gain weight" for football the entirely wrong way, thus feeling FAT!

You said you get to 240, feel fat, but then you start "losing". Not only do I not understand that completely, but it does suggest your body is not ready to handle all that "unhealthy" additional weight attempted to be packed on in a short amount of time for football, thus you losing it. So yes, you'd feel/look fat w/all that extra meat trying to be piled on.

As for your shake/protein questions, you'll have to lay out exactly what you are doing, or no one will be able to help. However, you calling me "N*gga" and things of the like, is going to leave you short-changed for my tangible/accurate advice.
