Gaining Weight

Aight here is the deal im trying to gain weight for my college football team and it seems everytime i get to 240 pounds i stop gaining weight and start losing some. Also everytime i get to 240 pounds i feel fat for some reason. I was wondering how many times should i drink a protein shake a day and when i eat should i eat smaller amounts threw out the day or 3 big meals.

def need to be eating 6-7 meals bro. . .and real food is always best. The only place you really wanna get shakes is Post Work Out (PWO) with dextrose

Supplementing with protein shakes may help you reach the 6-7 meals a day if you have a busy schedule, but never do shakes in back to back meals! Always make sure you have REAL food in between at least.
