    steak

Which steak would you guys recomend?
I enjoy the tast of Skirt steak but it seems real fatty
Is there a web site that has the nutrition breakdown for each type steak? I have seen some sites that list so many different kinds and becomes very confusing to understand and pick out which steak is the one I'm curious about. Just a simpe site to show the basics. I figured I'd asked the experts.
SC --> I know your big on steak i'd love to here your opinions

    Thanks

Usually your grocer's meat counter has a listing for all the types of cuts, I'd try that.

thanks DCB... So i take that when you guys eat steak you eat it in a pro/fat meal since there is fat in this steak already.

Here is the site that I use :

    http://www.beefinfo.org/nutrient.cfm

    Its a Canadian site.

I'm sure that this site is paid for by someone to do with the beef market in Canada.

Should I be worried about using this as my nutrient data for my diet?

I just wanted to add something else.

    Looking at Strip Loin Steak

    100g raw =
    23 g of pro
    5.6 g of fat = 2.1 g are saturated and trans, 2.4 g mono and 0.2 poly

I think a lot of people don't eat steak while cutting because they think that it is high in saturated fat.

Strip Loin has basically the same amount of saturated as mono.

I just thought this was interesting.

Bump, What does top round or sirloin cost per pound? I would like to eat more steak but I don't want to pay $15 a pound either. What is reasonable? Thanks.
