    insulin in cutting diet?

    hi bros.
    Can i use insulin -r after trainning when i dietting ?
    i take: pwo 80g carbs(dextr/malt) ppwo 60 br.rice
    I think is ok for inject 10-12 i.u
    any suggestions..

    Actually, I ran the same thing during PCT with clen and gained 5 pounds of LBM while shedding 2% bf. But it's something that needs to be monitored very closely, not for the beginner at ALL.

    And it won't work with R, you need Humalog, because the slin needs to leave your system quicker when cutting.
