Anyone know a good FREE nutrition software?

Alright I'm looking for some software that has a database of calories, fat, protein, and carbs in a bunch of different foods. I found one called Diet Balancer but I have to pay for it. Anyone want to help me out here? Maybe a serial number?

Yup, fitday's the way to go if you want to do it online. You can make your own custom foods to add to the premade list as well. It helps w/ serving sizes. Personally, I use a notebook to manually log my macros... Although it is more time consuming, it is more accurate.

www.calorieking.com is good as well, although it only provides the macros, and does not allow you to enter your daily diet.
