egg whites?
wtf is egg whites, i hear alot about it but aint got a clue how 2 do it, i no its the non yellow but of an egg, how do u prepare? and how u separate it from the yolk? im a top chef as you can see

The ones in the cartons are expensive but worth it in prep time. You can add pepper tabasco and then some fat free cheese and make an omlete. I think the cartons are equvilant to 8 egg whites which they say has 50g protien. You can also add lean ground beef or lean steak, onions, green peppers etc. Good S**T!

Or if you're not a pussy in the kitchen you can seperate your own whites. Crack an egg so that the two halves of the shell are roughly the same size. Hold them over a bowl and pass the yolk from one shell to the other. After three or four passes, the white will slip out of the shells into the bowl. Takes all of 3 seconds.

You get some waste when you try the shell method. You might not get all the protien you think you are getting!

its liquid, I get mine for 23.99 . It taste exactly the same as whole eggs. One thing though let it thaw out first (I buy em frozen)
