    egg whites?

    wtf is egg whites, i hear alot about it but aint got a clue how 2 do it, i no its the non yellow but of an egg, how do u prepare? and how u separate it from the yolk? im a top chef as you can see

    u can buy pasturized egg whites they come in a carton. just look at ur local grocery store they should sell them. or if u have whole eggs just throw out the yolk and dump the egg white into a pan

    thanx m8! wot can i eat wiv the egg whites? coz tha will be jus like eatin one big egg wiv no yolf, also how mny shuld i add 2 the pan at a time

    The ones in the cartons are expensive but worth it in prep time. You can add pepper tabasco and then some fat free cheese and make an omlete. I think the cartons are equvilant to 8 egg whites which they say has 50g protien. You can also add lean ground beef or lean steak, onions, green peppers etc. Good S**T!

    All I have to say is LANASEGGWHITES.com 450 Egg white for $26.00 that the only realistic way to down 20 egg whites per day

    Or if you're not a pussy in the kitchen you can seperate your own whites. Crack an egg so that the two halves of the shell are roughly the same size. Hold them over a bowl and pass the yolk from one shell to the other. After three or four passes, the white will slip out of the shells into the bowl. Takes all of 3 seconds.

    its liquid, I get mine for 23.99 . It taste exactly the same as whole eggs. One thing though let it thaw out first (I buy em frozen)

    I dont see how a tub of egg whites that gets shipped to your residence can stay good and not go bad as it is unrefrigerated and travels through the mail.

    They are pasteurized for one thing and shipping is $20 so I'm guessing they are sent to you Express.

    wow, buying frozen egg whites in the mail. this is crazy, but i have to try it im tired of going to shop rite every day to buy a dozen

    Sorry m8! i was wondering what you could make with egg whites, i was told omlettes but i cant see y u cant add the yolks in with it 2. are there any easy recipes i can cook eggwhites with?

    yolks have alot of fat in them. . ne more then 3 whole eggs and your going overboard with the fat

    I just bought a bucket. There really isnt 450 eggs in the bucket. There is more like 468g of protein. So unless eggs have just a bit more than 1g of protein i think you screwed up your calcs or made a typo.
