Trying To Help Out A Female
I am training a 15 year old girl right who wants to tone up as far as her arms, back, and legs are concerned and wants a tighter, bigger butt along with showing her abs. I am thinking bout having her lift 2-3 days a week with cardio atleast 3 days a week. I need some calorie,protein, and carb recommendations.....I would post her stats but I'm sure she does not eat no where near healthy as she should, so I just need recommendations and I can take it from there......advice needed

just take her height/weight and go the calculator on www.steroid.com and figure out how many kcal's she needs and go with a macro breakdown of maybe 45/35/20 pro/carb/fat and i think i would up the cardio too maybe 5 days a week and heave her do full body work outs on a three day split

If she's 15, make sure her parents have signed the appropriate legal form.
