    question on PWO shake

    what do u think of muscle milkfor a pwo? curernt my PWO shakes is muscle milk then 50g dextrose and 50g malodextrin. then i have this creatine product that has 10-g creatine, 5 g ribose, 5 g arginine,1g taurine 5 g glutamine, and 5 g glutamine peptides? im on prop/fina also.

    muscle milk has alot of fat in it.....I do not think this is advisable for pwo.
    I know swole usees All The Whey Orange isolate.

    Isolate protien @ 50g plus 50g dextrose and 50g maltodextrin would be my guess as the best

    Hey bro.

    Muscle milk is a great product. It is made with mcts. Do a search on that. Great to use for your second or last meal of the day.

    Use a fast burn protein before, during and with your dextrose. A simple cheap ass whey is fine.



    Glutamine, creatine blows..but it is your money..errr I mean the supplement companies porsche dealers. But what ever makes you happy.

    i know exactely what it is . jsut wondered what the everyone else thinks of it. i know how it works for me and i love it. i just wanted to see if there was soething better

    I agree the creatine glutamine mix is crap. Just buy yourself some creatine monohydrate and mix it in with your whey/dextrose/malto. Whey has a perfectly good amino acid profile itself. No need to add more to it. Most whey proteins also have a large ammount of glutmine per serving (like 2 grams or so)
