Sorry I'm relatively new to bodybuilding and stuff. Actually both me and my friend were thinking of going on the diet.
My stats
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 195
BF: 17%
My friend's stats
Height 5'11"
Weight: 155
BF: 10%
We're going to be going on a three week cycle of 1TU. Thanks for any help you can give. Also, wouldn't it be a whole different thing if I based on the cutting diet since we're trying to bulk right now not cut?

1. never mix carbs and fats
2. use a cheat day once a week
3. every meal should have protein in it
3. high GI carbs should only be consumed PWO (post work out)
4. low gi carbs should be used ppwo meal and meal 1. . depending on when you lift

At 17%, are you sure you want to "bulk". Just wondering that's all.
