nutritionist
I need to marry a nutritionist...There is so much **** **** to think about when trying to work out a diet. Certain kinds of carbs are good at certain times, certain fats are good at certain times, and on and on. At least reading these threads has helped me some, but i feel like im in a never ending cycle of trying to figure out what to eat when...

it's not that he isnt good, i just probably need someone in person to work with. Besides im only 21, and in college, I can barely afford my supplements much less pay someone to help me with my diet.

Yeah, the avatar is going to have to go as well. Might as well change it now since you'll be asked to change it anyhow.

But for now like i said i can barely afford my supplements and i want to make sure im in for the long run before i start investing real time and money into it. Thanks a lot guys!

We contract a RD and she charges 90 dollars per one hour session!!!
Just from my experience, most RD are not going to help you out a ton w/ bodybuilding.
Classic example. RD's jobs are to teach you how to rehydrate your body, not dehydrate for a comp. . .

I think you guys are just on a whole different level than I am. I do want to eat right and and workout correctly, however I am by no means on my way to you looking as big and ripped as you guys. It would be nice but i dont plan on investing the time it takes. I was just being somewhat sarcastic when i started the thread saying i was going to marry a nutrionist. Thanks for all the suggestions and input though. I'll get a picture of myself up here soon, then you can see where im at.
