    Snack questions

Im currently cutting right now. Im looking for some snacks that i can eat at night or throughout the day. I know cottage cheese is very good for you, but i just cannot get myself to eat it. Ive tried numerous times. I read somewhere that you can make a batch of sugar free, fat free pudding and mix in the cottage cheese, would that be an ok snack? I also know that beef jerky is good but i just cant eat it, its to hard. I may try to make my own eventually but for right now im looking for alternatives. All help is appreciated. Thanks

If you are cutting, you won't have snacks. You'll have your 6-7 meals you need per day.

Water...... water..... and oh yea water

Nah but if you are seriously dieing of hunger and you think you might cheat, eat some sugar free jello, have a glass of crystal light, or maybe a sugar free popsicle. 20 calories isn't going to kill you.

Or try chewing a piece of sugar free gum..... that helps me out sometimes too

You can't make sugar-free, fat-free pudding w/o milk, and milk is bad.
