    Bulking

    When bulking do you need 2 grams of protein for every pound you weigh. Also what are some good bulking foods to eat that stick to you.

    it depends on how intense your workouts are. Its like saying im gonna fill my car with gasoline even tho it runs on diesel. There is no sense in taking more then 1 g per pound if your workouts arent intense. Id say start off with 1.5g and that should do it. Unless you are taking any AAS.

    My workouts are intense, but im trying to gain alot of bulk and im eating like 5-6 times a day and they are good meals. I was wondering if anything else could put some weight on me.

    Once again bro try 1.5g. i know alot of Big guys out there that only take 1.5g per pound. NO matter how intense 1.5g should be a maximum IMO. unless your on Gear.
