Would like to know if someone can tell me what I can use to replace dextrose/maltodextrin for my PWO drink. I have already placed my order for the stuff. I noticied that powerade has maltrodextrin in it, but it also has fructose in it. I have read that I should stay far away form any fat and fructose sources post-workout, cause fructose will not replenish muscle glycogen but rather will replenish liver glycogen. Can someone give some advice please. Also, still researching info in ref to cardio and don't know if I am supposed to have dextrose/maltodextrin for my PWO drink after cardio?? Thanks.

Never sugars after cardio, no.
U can use sweet tarts until your order arrives.
