    a poem by GQ

    oh my whey
    what can i say

    such a precious gift
    and important to the weights i lift

    i can mix you in a blender
    with love, oh so tender

    with flavors and brands, some good some bad
    allthewhey is some of the best i've had

    i can chug you down fast or drink you slow
    either way, in my stomach you go

    so with this i bid you adoo
    i've just had rambo's carbs and now must poo!!!!

    Wow, the worst part of this thread is knowing that those few seconds it took me to read the poem are time that I will never be able to get back!

    Yeah thats Buffy, shes my idol cause she kicks ass with no effort and then acts like it was no big deal
