im havin kidney pains and ive been told i should up my intake of water. i drink bout 3 litres a day, but its diluted wiv squash. i was wonderin whether if diluted with squash that the sugars in the squash stop the body absorbin it as water?

3L isnt sh*t, dude... thats 3/4 of a gallon. Try upping it to a gallon and a half or 6L

no, lol. my gf has the book and i was reading it. i think he wrote it just to sell more EAS, but he does know one or two things about eating. but i dont think the workouts or the bulking diets are worth crapQuote:

Yes, a biopsy may still be needed. A person usually doesn't get physical pain in the kidney until it is completely dead and starting to be broken down by the body. I kinda doubt it's actually kidney pain at all, but if it is, he should get to a doctor and let them decide if a biopsy is needed after getting an ultrasound done.
