Ever eat Sushi while bulking?
im bulking now and on a cycle of sust. just curious if many people eat sushi while bulking? i went to a jap resturaunt with my girl and had sushi for the second time in my life and once again it was great. not to expensive either.
just wanted to know how the nutritional value is and how much i would have to eat for it to be worth it. was thining of throwing it in every now and then when the tuna gets boring
anyone out there eat much of it?

i dont really know much about dieting but i know that sushi is the best and healthiest **** ever, also there is protein in it, so i dont see how it could be bad. I would love to eat more of it but its like 5.00 bucks a roll here, but they have happy hour late at night for 2 bucks a roll which is a steal.

I disagree with worldknown as far as it's nutritional value. I use it on cheat days religiously, but remember that even bulking, unless your metabolism is speedy gonzales, that's a lot of white rice to be taking in.

Sushi is the bomb while bulking IMO, me and my bros go for all you can eat, $10 canadian, we eat probably 100 peices each, its the best food in the world.

Never made it a big part of my diet. Bulking forever is my situation. Very fast metabolism. I tend to eat a lot of Salmon fillets, tuna, and I have just started stocking up on beef - Top Round Sirloin. I have not made steak a big part of my diet before so I figure it is worth a shot. Those sirloins are a good cut for a very good price, about $6.50 a lb at Sam's club.
